As Europe navigates war, market shifts, and a rapid energy transition, questions about supply, security and affordability arise for households, businesses and governments alike.  In this discussion of the Transylvania Lectures series, the invited experts explain how recent crises — from the war in Ukraine to instability in the Middle East — have reshaped European energy policy, what the transition to low-carbon energy means for daily life, and when energy risks becoming a luxury. We’ll also look at the legal and policy tools shaping Europe’s energy future.

Participants:

  • Dr. Oana Raita, Senior Researcher at INCDTIM (National Institute for Research and Development of Isotopic and Molecular Technologies), Team Leader at Energy Team, Executive Manager at Transylvania Energy Cluster.
